Meet the client

Entrepreneurial brothers Nimesh and Pritesh own two successful care homes, Glebe House Care Home and Down Hall Residential Home.

Located in Bradwell on Sea in Essex, Down Hall Residential Home is registered as a home for 38 residents and offers a range of services including long-term and respite care. It is a place where residents are fully supported in continuing to live their lives as they have been used to; where everyone can feel safe and secure and where independence and personal dignity is strongly promoted.

The Challenge

The previous owners of this care home did not have a sound marketing strategy which led Nimesh and Pritesh to run their own Google ads campaigns but found they were spending a lot of money with little to no return. They were only receiving on average 3-4 leads per month and had 14 empty beds at the time. Nimesh & Pritesh were referred to Prosperwell to help fill their empty beds and our aim was to ensure that there was a steady flow of enquiries coming through to boost occupancy rates and increase their online presence.

  • Setting up a consultation to understand Down Hall’s needs and USPs.
  • Running ads based on those USPs and A/B testing different copy.
  • Suggesting improvements and testing the landing page after changes were implemented.
  • Using our Smooth Analytics platform to listen to calls, track stats and view live chat leads.
  • Holding regular campaign management meetings to discuss data analysis, ROI and optimisation suggestions.
